Mr. Lumsali founded FOLD Kanchanpur, which runs Suklaphanta FM, a community library and resource center in Far West Mahendranagar City. He has Masters’s degree in Sanskrit Philosophy from Nepal Sanskrit University and enjoys his retired life reading, writing, and translating important Sanskrit publications.
He was Chair of the District Development Committee of Kanchanpur district and the Federation of District Development Committee in Kathmandu.
